This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Refunds will be applied to the credit\/debit card used to make the transaction within 72 hours of our acceptance and review.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<h4>Order Cancellations<\/h4>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #808080;\">If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to\u00a0closings@lelandmanagement.com\u00a0with a Subject heading of \u201cOrder Cancellation\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0Please include your Order ID number in the email.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #808080;\">If we receive your cancellation instructions before we have processed the order, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total amount less the transaction fee we incurred when we processed your payment.
